1. 1. Is McDonald’s UAE offering Merch?

   We’re excited to introduce the Not For Sale Collection only on the McDonald’s App. Starting 9th January 2023 with the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Program on the App, you can redeem your Rewards Points for exclusive McDonald’s Merch while stocks last.

2. 2. What is the Not For Sale Collection?

   Turn heads with the exclusive Not For Sale Collection. While you can’t buy them, you can still get your hands on them! Head over to the McDonald’s App to browse the collection!

3. 3. How can I download the McDonald’s App?

   You can download the McDonald's App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. 4. How do I register to the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Program?

   Once you download and create an account on the McDonald’s App, you will automatically be registered into the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Program.

5. 5. How do I collect points with the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Program?

   You can collect Rewards Points with every purchase by scanning your QR code on the McDonald’s App, while using the Order Ahead Service or placing a McDelivery order on the McDonald’s App. Every AED 1 spent is equivalent to 10 Rewards Points.

6. 6. Where is the Not For Sale Collection available?

   The Not For Sale Collection is only available at the Front Counter of the participating McDonald’s restaurants stated above in the “Merch Stations” section.

7. 7. How can I Redeem an item from the Not For Sale Collection?

   Once you visit one of the participating McDonald’s restaurants, please ask for the Restaurant Manager to help you redeem the Not For Sale Collection item.

8. 8. What items are included in the Not for Sale Collection?

   The Not For Sale Collection includes: Sesame Seed Beach Dress, Sesame Seed Bucket Hat, Golden Arches Tote Bag, Ice Cream Cone Towel, World Famous Fries® Towel, Sesame Seeds Beach Mat, World Famous Fries® Socks, Sesame Seeds Socks, World Famous Fries® T-Shirt (XS, S, M, L, and XL), Ice Cream Cone T-Shirt (XS, S, M, L, and XL), Ice Cream Cone Swim Shorts (XS, S, M, L, and XL), and World Famous Fries® Swim Shorts (XS, S, M, L, and XL).

9. 9. Can I buy an item from the Not For Sale Collection?

   No. For a chance to get an item from the Not For Sale Collection, collect Rewards Points and once you have enough, redeem them at the front counter of the above mentioned restaurants.

10. 10. Can I redeem an item from the Not For Sale Collection through McDelivery / Drive Thru / Self-Ordering Kiosk / Order Ahead Service?

    No. You can only redeem the Not For Sale Collection at the front counter of the mentioned participating McDonald’s restaurants.

11. 11. Can I redeem an item from the Not For Sale Collection through Talabat / Noon Food / Careem Now / Deliveroo / Smiles?

    No. You can only redeem the Not For Sale Collection at the front counter of the mentioned participating McDonald’s restaurants.

12. 12. Can I redeem the Not For Sale Collection through the Order Ahead service if I select Front Counter or Table Service as my pickup option?

    No. The Not for Sale Collection cannot be redeemed through the Order Ahead service and can only be redeemed at the front counter of the mentioned participating McDonald’s restaurants.

13. 13. Is there a minimum order purchase required to get the Not For Sale Collection?

    No. Once you have enough Rewards Points, you can select the item of your choice from the Not For Sale Collection.

14. 14. Can I get more than one item at a time from the Not For Sale Collection?

    You can redeem only one item from the Not For Sale Collection in one transaction.

15. 15. Can I redeem a McDonald’s food reward and an item from the Not For Sale Collection at the same time?

    Yes, you can.

16. 16. Can I redeem an item from the Not For Sale Collection and earn Reward Points in the same order?

    Yes. You can collect Rewards Points on everything you purchase. So, if you’re redeeming an item from the Not For Sale Collection and ordering more food in addition to that, you will still earn 10 points for every AED 1 you spend.

17. 17. Can I exchange an item from the Not For Sale Collection for another item?

    No. Once you redeem an item from the Not For Sale Collection, you won’t be able to exchange it for another item.

18. 18. Can I exchange my item from the Not For Sale Collection for another size?

    No. Once you’ve selected the size of the item and the transaction is completed you won’t be able to exchange it for another size.

19. 19. What should I do if I face an issue when redeeming an item from the Not For Sale Collection?

20. 20. Until when will the Not For Sale Collection items be available?

    The Not For Sale Collection items are available from 9th January 2023 for a limited time only, while stocks last.

21. 21. Is the Not For Sale Collection available in other countries?

    No. The Not For Sale Collection items are only available in the United Arab Emirates.
